We spent about one week in this hotel, we really felt like we were in Home.from where should i start ! Everything was excellent.The check in was so fast and cooperative , the recepation staff are very friendly (actually all the staff😃) , the room was so clean , the location of the hotel was perfect near the city center , very close to bus and metro station .For Muslims , there is Rinser in the Toilet 😅 I would for sure recommend this hotel to all my friends comming to Tbilisi and would stay there again if i came back 😊 Thank you all the staff for making our stay great .

Excellent location, accessible to old and new Tblisi. Ilo (Reception staff) was extremely helpful, I had an ankle injury and he was very attentive and kind, and helped us so much during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good location close to Rustaveli Avenue. Tea/ coffee in room. Very clean. Fridge in our room though not sure if it is provided in every room.

Location was not far to Liberty Square. 20 min walk or 1 metro station away. Short walk to restaurants, museum, etc. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Good enough if you want to be around the city from morning to night. Just to keep your bags, have a shower and sleep. The staff are very sweet and friendly.
